Take full ownership of account and develop long-term partnerships with our top clients in the Retail, Real estate and Public sector
Manage relationships with account users regarding engagement and product adoption in order to exceed commercial targets
Structure, negotiate and execute deals with existing customers
Work closely with customer success manager to identify and lead up-sell opportunities to drive new business growth
Build clients loyalty on the long term to generate more revenue through upselling

You manage existing portfolio in order to at least renew it

You have five years experience in new business and account management on complex solutions, ideally in Saas B2B and in a challenging environment
You master the whole sales cycle : prospection, qualification, account strategy & account management closing ( MEDDIC)
You have a proven track record of overachieving targets
You are resilient, coachable, and have a trouble shooter mindset
You have a great capacity to adapt and are not afraid to join a start-up where things change quickly
You are fluent in English and German
