Founded in 2017, OVRSEA currently supports +700 clients from its offices in Paris, New York, Miami, Barcelona and Milano. With already 160 employees globally, we are continuing our growth in 2024 and hiring people internationally!

The Role 🤝

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. You will report directly to our Head of People and work closely with Ovrsea’s global team.

People are a cornerstone of Ovrsea’s strategy growth. Retention is our main focus therefore you will be responsible for ensuring a great place to work for the team and fostering the best work environnement.

What will you do? 🦸

Facility Management (France) 30%

- Be responsible for Office tasks including and ensure 5-star work environment: office maintenance, supplies, equipment, invoices, errands, miscellaneous purchases, printers…

- Deployment and management of Saas tools for the company

- Management of the company's IT assets: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Front etc.

- Act as primary liaison with landlord and our coworking manager

- Own, negotiate and manage relationships with service providers, including budget control and contract negotiation (maintenance, fruits, office equipment…etc).

Onboarding 30%

- Supervising onboarding process for all countries (participate in meeting with new joiner’s manager when needed)

- Ensure that ordering equipments and managing the onboarding schedule for the first weeks are done by HR officer

- Get feedbacks from employees and provide an analysis to the management

Event and rituals 30%

- Be responsible and accountable for all our office rituals: welcome & friday breakfasts, weekly ovrquizz, ovrbirthday, ovrlunchs etc.

- Organize team-building events: afterworks, off-sites… in France

- Coordinate team-building events’ organization abroad

- Organize remote events to maintain cohesion in a abroad working environment

Workspace Management (International) 10%

- Ensure that all our offices are a comfortable place to work for the team: especially in regards to workplace operations & maintenance

- Coordinate coworking spaces abroad with Country Manager

- Identify and execute space planning projects to improve productivity and collaboration

- Develop, transmit and coordinate culture and rituals abroad
